The Group ventured into the hospitality industry in 2015 with the opening of its maiden hotel Park Hotel Alexandra operated by Park Hotel Group as part of its business diversification strategy. It then went on to partner with Park Hotel Group again to jointly invest in Grand Park Kodhipparu villa resort in the Maldives which opened in 2017. Since then, the Group has also expanded its hospitality business into Australia with acquisition and development of several hotels in Perth and Adelaide.
